How do I export call data?

Export call stats to Excel, Sort and review campaign data

Where can I see my call activity?

The Call Activity screen displays a running log of all your call activity, inbound and outbound, both calls and texts. It will show you the name of the caller, date and time of call as well as call duration.

Export to Excel

If you would like to be able to analyze any of this data more closely you can always export your data to Excel.

To do this, first navigate to the campaign Dashboard. You will see a snapshot of your campaign performance. The large chart in the center is a graphic of daily activity. Hover over the blue data markers to display the total number of calls and texts for that day.

To download all of your campaign activity to date, simply click the "Export Received Calls" button in the lower right corner.

Follow your computer's instructions to save the file.

PRO TIP

Sort your spreadsheet by Duration (longest to shortest) to identify the longest calls from the campaign, which presumably had the most engagement. Take note of what you (or your team member) did during the call to make the caller comfortable on the phone. Sort by "Answered" to get a break down of how many calls you and your team fielded live vs letting them go to voicemail.
