Where to find your call activity
Open the campaign you want to see activity for and navigate to Campaign>Call Activity in the side menu.
In the Activity screen you can see a running log of all the activity that is taking place in a given campaign. The screen is set up so that you can quickly see which interactions are INBOUND vs OUTBOUND calls or texts. You can also easily identify voicemails that were left when you did not take a call live. You can see an example below.
Pay attention to the icons next to each call, as they will enable you to quickly review your calls, and identify deal opportunities. These controls are also helpful for training purposes with your team.
Any live call or voicemail can be reviewed and downloaded using these controls. You can also respond to your prospects directly from within the system by clicking the appropriate icon.
If you want to take a deeper dive for a given call, simply click the Call detail icon shown above. This will take you to a Call Detail page where you can review calls in more granular detail, including listening to calls at 2x or 3x speed to be more efficient.
You will also find it helpful to use this screen as a lead sheet to guide a live call. Not only will you have details about the caller and their property, you can add Tags, Take notes, Add reminders and Set alerts.
Sort by call Tags (Lead, Opportunity, Buyers List, etc.). to identify which calls require immediate attention/followup.
