How do I set up notifications?

Once you have your Campaign all set up, you have multiple options for how you will be alerted when prospects respond. When calls come in to REIRail they will automatically be displayed on your computer screen if you are logged in.

However you may want to receive alerts of incoming calls if you are away from your desktop. Or, you may want to enable other members of your team to get notifications to ensure that the campaign has adequate coverage. Setting up notifications can be done in under 30 seconds.

First, navigate to the Campaign you want to set a reminder for. Then go to Notify>Notifications in the side menu.

Next, enter the contact information for yourself or any team member that you want to receive notifications of incoming calls. Simply enter an email address in the field at the top right of the screen and hit the plus sign to save that entry.

Temporarily mute alerts

Once you do that you will see the entry populate the center console.

Repeat the process for any additional numbers or emails you would like to add. You can always mute alerts to a given number or email address by using the toggle next to that entry.

PRO TIP

If you are managing a team you may not want to have your own cell phone buzz with every incoming call that the team is receiving. Enter your email address for alerts so that you can have a less obtrusive way to keep tabs on call activity throughout the day. This will give you a bird's eye view of what's happening with your phone team. Remember you can always log in to the system and get detailed call stats.
